Our customer requested replacement condensers for a distillation plant in Antwerp. These, together with other components, ensure the optimal course of the process, both thermally and energetically.
The product stream is condensed with water in the condensers. Due to the vertical arrangement, the distillate can be drawn off from the bottom of the heat exchanger.
After a successful collaboration in the construction of a complete factory before, this customer approached ROBOX again for assistance with the replacement of existing condensers. ROBOX has extensive knowledge of condensers and was able to use them for this. Because it was an existing unit, the dimensions and connections were more or less fixed. ROBOX has designed and built a well thought-out, suitable solution within these limits. Thanks to close cooperation, good agreements and clear communication, a short lead time was once again achieved.
